Spanish is spoken at the clinic. But if English is not your native language, you still may wish to bring someone along with you to help answer questions and fill out forms. The official immigration forms used by the CIS will be provided to you by our office; you do not need to bring these forms with you.
The following tests are required by the US Citizenship and Immigration Service, or USCIS (formerly the Immigration & Naturalization Service, or INS) for anyone age 15 or older and will be provided by our clinic:
Skin test for tuberculosis (PPD)
Blood test for syphilis (RPR)
